Maxime Vandel, fondateur de Caramel en Abondance, incarne une nouvelle génération d’artisans passionnés qui allient savoir-faire et authenticité. Après trois années comme responsable en Suisse a Fribourg en 2019, il décide de concrétiser un projet qui lui tient à cœur depuis longtemps : créer sa propre entreprise artisanal.
Installée depuis cinq ans dans les Hauts d’Evian, l’entreprise se distingue par une offre saisonnalisée : caramel en hiver et glace artisanales en été, deux univers gourmands qui reflètent la passion de Maxime pour la qualité et la créativité.
Son parcours est riche et international : formé dans une école hôtelier, il a travailler en Irlande, Sain-Tropez, en Espagne et en Suisse. Ces expériences forgent aujourd’hui son identité professionnelle : exigence, sens du détail et culture du goût.
En décembre 2021, il officialise la création, de son activité qu’il gère entièrement seule : production, gestion, communication et dévelopement commercial. Il lance également son site en ligne, devenu une vitrine essentielle pour présenter ses produits, faciliter les commandes, y compris pour les clients étrangers.
Caramel en abondance compte aujourd’hui 11 point de vente et s’ouvre progressivement aux grande surfaces.
L’équilibre entre vie professionnelle et personnelle restent un défi pour Maxime Vandel, tans son investissement est total.
Pour rayonner, Maxime mise sur une communication dynamique : réseaux sociaux, Le Messager, Télé Mont Blanc. Sa motivation principale : la gourmandis, l’amour du produit bien fais, associé a un sens affute du marketing.

His background is rich and international: trained in a hospitality school, he has worked in Ireland, Saint-Tropez, Spain, and Switzerland. These experiences have shaped his professional identity, defined by high standards, attention to detail, and a deep appreciation for flavor.
In December 2021, he officially launched his business, which he manages entirely on his own: production, administration, communication, and commercial development. He also launched his website, which has become an essential showcase for presenting his products and facilitating orders, including for international customers.
Today, Caramel en Abondance has 11 points of sale and is gradually entering larger retail stores.
Balancing professional and personal life remains a challenge for Maxime Vandel, as his dedication to his work is total.
